Barclays Center is in “noncompliance” of several federal Environmental Protection Agency standards.

The New York Post reports that the arena also has racked up a slew of city building violations.

An EPA spokeswoman says the violations will cost the arena $7,500 fine for two compliance orders it has ignored. Those include issues involving its generators and “universal waste — small quantity handlers.”

The city violations include a $6,800 fire-prevention inspection fine issued last month. It also includes a $900 fine for a faulty elevator issued in April.

A spokeswoman for Forest City Enterprises says “any issue is dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.” Forest City holds a controlling interest in the arena.
