2013 Brooklyn Real Estate Summit expected to draw hundreds
Hundreds of attendees and speakers are expected to soak up industry buzz and hobnob with key Brooklyn real estate players at this year’s Brooklyn Real Estate Summit, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) on Thursday, May 9.
Panels include arts and entertainment districts, retail corridors, Brooklyn’s hotel development boom, building with green materials, residential development and more.
Jed Walentas of Two Trees Management and Robert K. Steel, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, will be keynote speakers. An insider’s panel will focus on some of Brooklyn’s biggest new developments, according to hosts TerraCRG, The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and aptsandlofts.com
David Von Spreckelsen, senior vice president Toll Brothers will discuss the ongoing progress at the company’s Brooklyn Bridge Park project; while Kas Sanandaji, senior vice president of investments at The Lightstone Group will detail recently approved development in Gowanus.
