Who bought 104 Willow St., one of Brooklyn’s priciest houses?
Eye On Real Estate
The historic baby-blue shingle home at 104 Willow St. sold for $10.625 million in June, one of the highest prices ever for a Brooklyn house.
Now the new owner is doing an interior renovation of the stunning Federal-style Brooklyn Heights home, which was built in 1826.
The buy was made by an LLC without a mortgage, so the purchaser’s name wasn’t initially a matter of public record. Now it is: A city Buildings Department permit identifies her as Allison Sargent.
