The historic baby-blue shingle home at 104 Willow St. sold for $10.625 million in June, one of the highest prices ever for a Brooklyn house.

Now the new owner is doing an interior renovation of the stunning Federal-style Brooklyn Heights home, which was built in 1826.

The buy was made by an LLC without a mortgage, so the purchaser’s name wasn’t initially a matter of public record. Now it is: A city Buildings Department permit identifies her as Allison Sargent.

The construction permit doesn’t indicate whether or not there are other members of the purchasing LLC.

She owns a house a few blocks away, 67 Cranberry St., under her married name Allison Franco with her husband Thomas Franco, city Finance Department records indicate.

When reached by Eye on Real Estate, she said she didn’t want to comment on 104 Willow.

The construction permit, which refers to 104 Willow as a single-family home, describes the job as a “partial interior renovation including minor partition work, bathroom remodel.”

The Willow Street house already has seven working fireplaces and central air conditioning, according to a Brownstoner.com story published last year.

The architect of record for 104 Willow’s renovation is Leone Design Studio — the firm that did a modern interior makeover of 67 Cranberry for Allison.

By the way, a sale contract has been signed for 67 Cranberry, according to listing broker Douglas Elliman’s website. The asking price for the single-family townhouse was $5.9 million, according to the site.
