Giraldo Zacarias lives with his 12 year old son in an apartment from City Hall Housing and Land Company (EMVS) and he accumulated a large debt as he and his ex-wife could not afford to pay rent as he lost his job. The state company sold the apartment to an investor group who is now demanding their eviction. EMVS is a state company with an aim to give housing solutions for people in need. The eviction was postponed till Feb. 9, 2015.

TENNESSEE — Two School Buses Collided on Highway; At Least 20 Injured: Authorities work the scene of an accident involving two school buses in Knoxville, Tenn., on Tuesday. Two school buses have collided on a Tennessee highway, injuring at least 20 people. Darrell DeBusk, a Knoxville police spokesman, says three people who were most seriously injured were taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center. At least 17 additional students were being transported to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital with minor injuries. There was no immediate word on what caused the crash or the exact condition of those who were injured.
