A trio of tiny Bay Ridge commercial buildings – 6709, 6711 and 6713 Fifth Ave. – just sold for $2.9 million, with a bidding war after a buyer was already lined up.

β€œAll kinds of people came out of the woodwork,” said Billy Apter, an agent at Re/Max at the Slope.

But the seller decided to stick with the purchaser who was already lined up, investor Michael Dong, Apter said.

The properties are partly vacant. The departed tenant was the Yemeni American Association of Bay Ridge.

Seller BDM Development Corp. had bought the buildings for $2.675 million in June 2011, city records indicate. The president of BDM – which owns other Bay Ridge properties – is Bernice Bai, the records show.

Apter repped the seller in the transaction; MW Realty Management repped the buyer.

At the other end of the Bay Ridge Fifth Avenue Business Improvement District, the JA Maguire Profit Sharing Plan sold 8015 Fifth Ave. for $650,000 to Dolores Tantillo of Staten Island, city records indicate.

John A. Maguire Real Estate is a Bay Ridge firm founded in 1973. Its β€œSold” sign is also on 7516 Fifth Ave., which it partly owns, but the deed for that deal hasn’t yet appeared in city records.
