Double whammy on the Williamsburg retail front!

An investment firm run by two Cornell grads just bought neighboring buildings rented to two youth-focused clothing chains.

RedSky Capital, co-founded by Ben Bernstein and Ben Stokes (yep, they’re both named Ben), bought 98 N. 6th St., the soon-to-be home of Urban Outfitters and its booze-serving restaurant, and 100-104 N. 6th St., which houses American Apparel.

Their $49 million purchase also includes 92 N. 6th St., city Department of Finance records indicate.
