Here today, gone tomorrow.

The East Williamsburg artists’ studios where Breeze and John Clement worked are set for demolition, and apartment buildings will take their place, city Buildings Department filings indicate.

An LLC that has Anthony Gurino of Tahoe Development as a member filed plans for two apartment buildings, each four stories high with seven units, at 878 and 880 Metropolitan Ave. The city agency has approved an application to demolish the latter building.

The LLC bought the properties in December 2013 for a combined $2.5 million from J.T. Smith & Sons Realty Corp., city Finance Department records indicate.

Gurino didn’t return a call by deadline. His company, Tahoe Development, built Northpoint Towers, a condo development at 76-84 Engert Ave. in Greenpoint a few years ago.
