Nets’ Coney Island store re-opens Friday
The Nets Shop by adidas at Coney Island re-opens this summer on Friday, May 23 at 10 a.m. The store is located at 3015 Stillwell Ave. between Surf Ave. and the Boardwalk, across the street from the original Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog stand and next to the historic Wonder Wheel.
The black and white color combination of Nets apparel and accessories continue to attract sports fans and fashionistas alike. Nets Shop by adidas at Coney Island will sell fan favorite Brooklyn Nets gear such as player jerseys, hats, and T-shirts, mixed with merchandise for the sun and sand, including sunglasses, beach towels, flip flops, and swimwear—all in the brand’s signature black and white color scheme.
“Coney Island is the ultimate summer destination in Brooklyn and we’re excited to bring Nets Shop by adidas back to the neighborhood,” said Brett Yormark, CEO of the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. “The store was a big hit last summer and we are looking forward to continuing to expand our brand and marrying sports with lifestyle.”
