Pro Bono Barrister: Two-part BBA “courtroom skills” series offers insights
The BBA’s continuing legal education director, Meredith Symonds, has set up some vital programs in the next few weeks that will give even the non-trial lawyer some insights into trying jury cases.
On Wednesday, May 7, the first installment of “Trial Techniques” will get underway at BBA Headquarters.
“Whether you are just starting your trial practice, or have been amazing judges and juries for years,” the CLE director said, “this course is the first part of a ‘courtroom skills’ series that will provide attorneys with helpful tips for designing and performing excellent voir dire, oral argument and witness-questioning skills for the court.”
