Brooklyn residents will have an opportunity to speak directly with one of New York City’s top elected officials when Comptroller Scott M. Stringer comes to the borough to host a town hall on Thursday, Dec. 3.

Stringer’s town hall will take place at the Brooklyn Music School, 126 Saint Felix St. in Downtown Brooklyn, from 7 to 9 p.m. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

It’s a general town hall, meaning that Stringer and his staff will be ready to handle all sorts of questions raised by local residents.

“The Brooklyn Town Hall will be a great opportunity to hold an open dialogue on the problems and issues that all New Yorkers face on a day-to-day basis and a chance to discuss real solutions,” Stringer said. “The event will be open to all, unfiltered, with no topic too big — or too small — to raise. So I’m asking Brooklynites to mark their calendars, and come out on Dec. 3 for what I know will be a great conversation.”
