For readers who share our obsession with real estate — meaning nearly every adult in the borough of Brooklyn — here is a quick list of some available properties near Barclays Center.

Of course, we’re all thinking about what’s got curb appeal for the Democratic National Committee. But at the same time, we like to daydream about deals that could be done at any moment.

For sale for a $5 million asking price: a walk-up apartment building at 131 Fifth Ave. in Park Slope.

The ground-floor tenant is a Laundromat.

Epic Commercial Realty was hired as the exclusive broker.

For sale at 19 St. Johns Place in Park Slope: This brownstone is undergoing a condo conversion. Four studios have been released to the market at asking prices ranging from $631,000 to $732,000.

The agent with the listings is Justin Dupree of the Corcoran Group

Signed sale contract for 107 St. Johns Place in Park Slope: This 1882-vintage townhouse was offered at an asking price of $2.995 million. The deal either hasn’t closed yet, or hasn’t shown up in online city Finance Department records.

The brokers handling the listing were of Andrew Phillips and Amelia Gewirtz of Halstead Property.

For rent through brokerage RKF: The Triangle Sports Building at 182 Flatbush Ave. in Park Slope.

The distinctive wedge-shaped building, which has been on the market for eons, is still listed as being available on the brokerage firm’s website.

RedSky Capital paid $4.1 million for the vacant property in 2012, as we’ve previously reported.

For rent at 59 Fifth Ave. in Park Slope: A vacant storefront that housed a shop called Luscious Food, which closed after its 10-year lease was up for renewal.

For rent at 77 Fifth Ave. in Park Slope. The now-vacant storefront was occupied for about two years by a frozen yoghurt shop called Yogurberry.

The asking rent is $6,500 per month for the 800-square-foot space, a listing on CityFeet.com indicates. The broker is James Monteleone of All Points Real Estate.

For rent at 272 Flatbush Ave on the Park Slope-Prospect Heights border: The restaurant space was previously occupied for just a few months by an eatery called Graine de Paris.

The asking rent is $8,500 per month for the 1,500-square-foot space, a listing on CityFeet.com indicates. The broker for this one is also James Monteleone of All Points Real Estate
