The article focused on a debate regarding enforcement allowances in Coney Island.

MARILYN MONROE was born on this day in 1926. Monroe was an American actress and sex symbol of the ’50s, who is most known for her roles in “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” and “The Seven Year Itch,” among others.
