The residential conversion of one of Red Hook’s most distinctive industrial buildings, 160 Imlay St., rolls on with the return of warm weather.

When we dropped by the other day, we could hear the buzz of construction machinery behind the shrouded walls of the ghost-white former New York Dock Co. building.
