Of course you want to know what the houses cost in Marine Park.

Here’s a sampling of prices in the waterfront southeast Brooklyn neighborhood:

* An LLC whose authorized member is Ephraim Vashovsky paid $355,000 for 3702 Quentin Road in July 2013, city Finance Department records indicate. This is the house on the corner of East 37th Street where the lawn has grown so high, it almost looks like the prairie grass in Marine Park’s nature preserve. See related story.

In April, the city Buildings Department issued a construction permit for the conversion of the property from a doctor’s office plus single-family dwelling to a straight-up single-family home.

* An attached single-family brick house at 1824 E. 33rd St. has a Fillmore Real Estate “For Sale” sign on it. The asking price is $639,000, an online listing indicates.

* In May, husband and wife Gary and Leia Rokeach paid $775,000 for 3908 Ave. S, a detached two-family house, according to Finance Department records.

* In March, Ove Realty Inc. paid $965,000 for a single-family house at 3915 Ave. R, Finance Department records show. The buy was made without a mortgage, so the names of the people in the purchasing corporation are not in city property records. The corporation’s registered agent is a Bay Ridge lawyer, according to an online posting.
