A motion day at Kings County Civil Term takes place in this courtroom sketch, where Hon. Noach Dear has taken the bench as oral arguments go on the record in a foreclosure matter.

Representing the defendant in Wells Fargo v. Lefkowitz are Abraham David (third from right) and Hon. David Schmidt (at right), retired Supreme Court judge and of counsel for the law firm Berg & David. They have brought a motion to reargue a prior decision on behalf of Lefkowitz.

Former U.S. Rep. Hon. Daniel Frisa (second from right) of the law firm Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates represents the plaintiff.

Dear denied the defendant’s motion to dismiss, and the motion to reargue the denial of their earlier motion was reserved. Court reporter Hyacinth McKen recorded the proceedings.
