The Kings County Supreme Court held a “Financially Fit” workshop in Downtown Brooklyn on Wednesday, where representatives from Municipal Credit Union (MCU) helped court employees learn about their finances and plan for retirement.

Tra’Lynn Husbands, the business development officer at MCU, spoke for a little over an hour about the benefits of their credit union, how to read a credit report, why good credit is important and what makes up their credit scores. Husbands also had a question and answer session and gave out prizes.
