These Million Dollar Babies stand side by side.

They both changed hands recently in estate sales, and they’re both being renovated.

The houses we’re talking about are located in Fort Hamilton, which is what people who really know their way around Brooklyn call the southern end of Bay Ridge.

Both buyers actually paid a bit more than $1 million apiece for their respective purchases. We had movies on our mind, though, and wanted to slip in a reference to the Oscar-winning film “Million Dollar Baby.”

Anyway.

In April, Terrence Cheung and Megan Sin Yee Tsoi paid $1.2 million for 317 Marine Ave., city Finance Department records indicate. According to city Buildings Department filings, it’s a two-family home.

In June, Yick Kai Tang, Stephanie Tang and Wan Sang Tang paid $1.28 million for 315 Marine Ave., Finance Department records indicate. It’s a three-family home, Buildings Department records show.

Here are a couple other home-sales details about the neighborhood that shares its name with the nearby military base, and has great views at every turn of the nearby Verrazano-Narrows Bridge:

* Renovation is also underway at 341 99th St., which also changed hands in an estate sale.

The buyers, Thomas Amato and Elizabeth Amato, made the $950,000 purchase in December 2015, Finance Department records show. Buildings Department records identify it as a two-family home.

* Jabour Realty Co. has the listing for 151 98th St., a detached, single-family red-brick house. According to the brokerage’s website, the asking price is $1.199 million.

* There’s a nifty two-bedroom house for sale at 453 97th St. It’s located down the block from St. Patrick Catholic Academy.

The agent whose name is on the “For Sale” sign is Billy Apter of RE/MAX at the Slope.

According to the brokerage’s website, the asking price for this single-family home is $539,000. The property has a finished basement and a private back yard.
