Maimonides celebrates Lunar New Year

In celebration of Lunar New Year, the Year of the Monkey, Maimonides Medical Center hosted a special event on Feb. 24. The program included welcoming remarks from Ken Gibbs, president and CEO of Maimonides; Dominick Stanzione, executive vice president and COO; and Douglas Jablon, senior vice president of Patient Relations. Highlights of the event included a Lion Dance and Chinese cultural dance performances by New Utrecht High School and P.S. 105 students. Dancers from the Ashley Dance Center also performed classical and Dai dances in celebration of the Year of the Monkey.
