Brooklyn fans have all the more reason to watch “The Voice” on NBC this season. Kathrina Feigh, a Philippines-born contestant who now calls Brooklyn home, wowed the celebrity judges on the latest episode with her rendition of Jessie J’s “Big White Room.”

Feigh’s performance, which took place during the first round of the reality show’s blind auditions, set off a turf war between judges Jennifer Hudson and Blake Shelton, both of whom wanted her on their team.

Feigh secured a spot on “Team Jennifer” and is now looking forward to competing for the grand prize, $100,000 and a record contract, under the tutelage of her coach Jennifer Hudson, the singer-actress who won an Oscar for “Dream Girls.”

“WOW WHAT A THRILLING EXPERIENCE!” Feigh wrote on her Facebook page. “I’ve been dreaming of this moment ever since the first time I picked up a microphone when I was a little girl in the Philippines.”

She thanked her parents, family and friends for believing in her. “Can’t wait to go on this journey together!” she wrote.

Born in the Philippines, Feigh and her family moved to Los Angeles when she was 9 years old, according to her official biography. She used music to help her learn English.

In high school, Feigh joined the drama club and performed in several plays. When it was time for college, she decided to follow her dreams, move to New York and pursue a degree in musical theater at Pace University School of Performing Arts. She graduated in 2016.

Feigh moved to Brooklyn a few years ago and continues to hone her craft, singing professionally in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Town Hall, Joe’s Pub and 54 Below.

She is also a member of Actor’s Equity.

“The Voice,” one of NBC’s most popular shows, premiered in 2011 and features singers competing for a recording contract with the help of celebrity judges who are also competing against each other as they coach the performers.

The winner is chosen by viewers who cast their votes by telephone and via the internet.

The judges for season 13 are Jennifer Hudson, Blake Shelton, Miley Cyrus and Adam Levine.
