When all is said and done, the six-bedroom home will be the most expensive sale in Brooklyn, topping the borough’s previous price record of $15.5 million.

The 6,218-square-foot penthouse has an asking price of $16.645 million, which is $2,677 per square foot.

The Standish Arms Hotel operated as an inn until the Jehovah’s Witnesses purchased it in 1981.

Taurus Investment Holdings then bought the hotel from the Jehovah’s Witnesses in 2007 and converted it into 94 apartments, according to The Real Deal.

The hotel changed hands again when DDG and Westbrook bought the building for $60 million in 2014 from Taurus Investment Holdings.

DDG and Westbrook turned those 94 apartments into 33 larger residences.

While representatives for the development declined to comment, The Wall Street Journal broke the news from “people with knowledge of the deal.”

The penthouse features three combined units and a private outdoor space. The building’s amenities include a fitness center and a play area for children.

Damon has been eyeing a home in Brooklyn Heights since last September when he and his wife Luciana Barroso toured the $40 million Low Mansion at 3 Pierrepont Place.

Despite visiting the 16-bedroom 18,000-square-foot estate, which boasts the highest asking price in the borough, a deal never materialized.
