Popular Bushwick seafood restaurant Sea Wolf plans to open a second location this spring within the new 420 Kent Ave. luxury residential development on the Williamsburg waterfront.

Owner Daniel Cipriani, who goes fishing and surfing, says the development’s connection to the water attracted him there, according to Eater. The new restaurant will have an all-window front, offering views of the East River, three bridges and the Manhattan skyline.

Despite the high-end location, Cirpriani told Eater he will keep Sea Wolf’s original prices intact, offering luxury food items at accessible prices.

The upscale waterfront area has already attracted big-name chefs like Danny Meyer, who opened a taco joint named Tacocina last summer in nearby Domino Park, Eater reported.

Sea Wolf’s original location opened in 2016 at 19 Wyckoff Ave.
