The Hoxton caters to Williamsburg’s trendy younger clientele
The Hoxton, a new hotel at 97 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, is a fashionable venue for “Generation Laptop,” basically meaning twenty-somethings who are digitally connected most of the time, according to The New York Times.
The hotel is a short walk from McCarren Park, the Museum of Food and Drink, the Music Hall of Williamsburg and other local attractions, the Times said.
However, the Hoxton is not cheap. A room for two people costs $350 for a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, according to the Times. This includes a phone with free international calls, a view of Manhattan, a flip-down desk, designer-patterned linens and a selection of books “curated by our own HoxFriends,” the hotel’s website says.
