The Hoxton, a new hotel at 97 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, is a fashionable venue for “Generation Laptop,” basically meaning twenty-somethings who are digitally connected most of the time, according to The New York Times.

The hotel is a short walk from McCarren Park, the Museum of Food and Drink, the Music Hall of Williamsburg and other local attractions, the Times said.

However, the Hoxton is not cheap. A room for two people costs $350 for a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, according to the Times. This includes a phone with free international calls, a view of Manhattan, a flip-down desk, designer-patterned linens and a selection of books “curated by our own HoxFriends,” the hotel’s website says.

The only negative the Times found with the hotel was with the food. The rooftop bar-restaurant, Summerly, was found to have “a limited menu,” but a restaurant on the ground floor, Klein’s, won praise for its offerings.
