Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying three men accused of robbing seven unsuspecting men throughout Bushwick and Ridgewood at gunpoint.

The string of armed robberies began on Oct. 9 near the corner of Seneca Avenue and Madison Street in Ridgewood where the men approached a 22-year-old man and demanded his wallet and clothes. The victim turned over $1200 worth of property and the perpetrators took off running, police said.

The three struck again on Oct. 30 in front of 280 Woodbine St. in Bushwick, where they stole up to $650 worth of valuables from a 20-year-old man, police said. Video surveillance from this incident shows the men slowly walking with their hoods up.

The following day on Nov. 7, the men stayed in Ridgewood and allegedly robbed a 41-year-old man for his wallet and cellphone. Later that same day, they allegedly committed another armed robbery for a 21-year-old man’s cellphone.

The last two reported robberies were on Nov. 11 in Bushwick where they allegedly stole a wallet and two cell phones from 22- and 23-year-old men.

The unidentified men are described as black and in their 20s. They were last seen wearing all dark clothing.
