Downtown’s Brooklyn Point skyscraper reaches halfway point in climb upward
Construction on Brooklyn Point, aka 138 Willoughby St., has reached the halfway point in the climb toward its full 720-foot height, according to New York YIMBY.
The residential skyscraper, developed by Extell, will have 458 units. The building will rise from a four-story podium bordered by Flatbush Avenue, Willoughby Street and Albee Square, YIMBY said.
Brooklyn Point’s amenities will include concierge service, a wine cellar, a screening room, a children’s playroom, a putting green, barbecue grills, a Pilates and cycling studio, a yoga studio, a private dining room and a 65-foot-long rooftop pool.
