An 8,000-square-foot Bushwick building that is an ideal party place is being sold for $10.9 million.

The seller is Charlie Kaim, the owner of Williamsburg’s Maracuja Bar at 279 Grand St., according to the New York Post. Kaim bought the Bushwick property at 428 Troutman St. for $900,000 in 2011.

The space includes commercial space with bars and a 30-foot-stage as well as a 1,400-square-foot apartment, the Post said.

The spot is ideal for someone who’d like to operate a music venue and live in the same building, or perhaps rent the apartment out to a music lover.
