A second affordable housing lottery has opened at a seven-story complex in Crown Heights.

The building, located at 24 Ford St., is offering 10 newly-constructed units in a lottery set for those making 60 percent of the area median income — meaning between $32,160 and $62,580. The rents for the available units range from $938 for the studios to $1,223 for the two-bedrooms.

The apartments include hardwood floors, open kitchens, updated appliances and green accents throughout. Brownstoner reports that the architecture is the work of Brooklyn-based Charles Mallea at M Architecture, which is the firm currently working on the Cobble Hill Greek Revival shop front that used to house the beloved Book Court.

NYC Housing Connect will review applications for the lottery through Sept. 10.
