The latest proposed development project to replace a former Jehovah’s Witnesses site is a 26-story building with 74 units at 30 Front St., DUMBO. The building, which would be developed by Fortis Property Group, calls for about 250,000 square feet, to be split between 178,000 square feet of residential space and 72,000 square feet of community space, according to The Real Deal.

Representatives for Fortis and the Jehovah’s Witnesses, who have been steadily selling off their Brooklyn properties, did not immediately respond to The Real Deal’s request for comments.

Fortis is the same company that was chosen to develop the former Long Island College Hospital property in Cobble Hill, and it filed plans earlier this year for a roughly 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development at 350 Hicks St
