Brooklyn’s most expensive co-op that is currently up for sale is a $13 million duplex penthouse at 1 Pierrepont St. in Brooklyn Heights. The home has four bedrooms, stunning views of the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge and a wraparound 1,550-square-foot terrace, according to the New York Post.

The interior features an eat-in chef’s kitchen and three wood-burning fireplaces, the Post reported. While co-ops are common in older apartment houses, condos are more prevalent in newer construction, and quite a few Brooklyn condo units have exceeded the $13 million price.
