Kenneth Adams, president and CEO of the Empire State Development Corp. and former president of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, came to the Brooklyn Public Library’s Business/Heights branch at 280 Cadman Plaza West Thursday to discuss Governor Cuomo’s new executive budget and reform plan. Cuomo’s plan focuses on closing the budget gap with no new taxes or fees, implementing budget and pension reform, investing in infrastructure projects, increasing aid to education and more. Brooklyn-born Adams will be carrying the governor’s message to numerous business groups in Greater New York.
