Americare Leases Space in Marine Park

MARINE PARK — M. C. O’Brien Inc. reports the signing of a lease by Americare Inc. for 27,115 rentable square feet of office space at 2275 Coleman St. in Marine Park.
William O’Brien and Harris Litwak, esq., both of M. C. O’Brien, represented the landlord, Kings Plaza Associates, in the multi-year lease. Nick Zweig of Locations Inc. represented the tenant, a regional provider of home health care nursing services. The location is a good fit, according to O’Brien.
“There is presently 11,272 rentable square feet still available in this unique and well-positioned 46,000-square-foot office building,” O’Brien said of the modern building that was previously occupied by Allstate Insurance.
