The kids are back in school and parents may be wondering about safety. To help out, NYPD will be making a special presentation for parents of school-age children at the next 84th Precinct Community Council meeting on Tuesday, September 18, at 7 p.m.

Topics will include back-to-school and crime prevention tips along with the Cop of the Month Award and a report from the Transit Police.

The meeting will take place in Boerum Hill at Brooklyn Law School, 205 State Street (between Court and Boerum Place) in Geraldo’s Room.

The 84th Precinct will also be presenting their crime report and results and answering questions. Bring your friends and neighbors – refreshments will be served.

The Police Department will provide transportation to and from the meeting. Call Community Affairs at 718-875-6850 to arrange transportation.
