BAM and IFC announce the lineup for a special holiday installment of Get It Out There: Comedy by BAM & IFC. Beginning at 9pm (bar opens at 8pm) on Thursday, December 19 in BAMcafé (30 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn, NY) the event features Nimesh Patel (Comedy Central’s “Up Next” National Talent Search semi-finalist), Selena Coppock (author of The New Rules for Blondes), Wyatt Cenac (former correspondent onThe Daily Show with Jon Stewart), and two other comics to be announced. Curated by Caroline Creaghead (Creaghead & Company), the night will be hosted by Sean Patton (Comedy Central’sThe Half Hour). 

Started in 2012, this monthly comedy showcase—free and open to the public—encourages comics to experiment recklessly with humor by testing out fresh material and probing the depths of their twisted souls for new forms of funny.
