Bay Ridge Community Council luncheon: Where the neighborhood’s elite meet to eat
It snowed on Saturday, but luckily, the annual Bay Ridge Community Council President’s Luncheon went off without a hitch.
Hundreds of business owners, religious leaders, civic activists, and elected officials gathered at the Manor, at 476 76th St., on Jan. 26 to toast the council and one another.
The luncheon is the place where Bay Ridge’s elite meet to eat!
Founded in 1951, the community council is an umbrella organization representing nearly 100 groups in Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, and Fort Hamilton – everything from church groups to PTAs to local hospitals – all of whom are working to make the neighborhoods better places to live and work.
