A five-story scaffold has collapsed in Brooklyn during high winds that are buffeting the New York City area.
WABC-TV reports the scaffold fell Friday at about 1:30 a.m. in Brooklyn's Bensonhurst neighborhood. No injuries were reported.
The structure broke away from a four-story building in that is under construction and fell onto electrical wires. It also damaged an SUV that was parked across the street.
