The platinum-selling singer’s new CD, “Believe,” is set to be released on June 19, and Bieber will take his “Believe Tour” to the Barclays Center on Monday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m. Fan club members rushed online to scoop up presale tickets just hours after the event was announced yesterday morning. For everyone else, tickets go on sale on Saturday, June 2, at 10 a.m. Opening for him will be Carly Rae Jepsen.
