Bleach thrown in Bed-Stuy scuffle, injuring NYPD officers

BROOKLYN (AP) — Several NYPD officers were treated for minor injuries after bleach was thrown during a big fight in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The New York Post says the incident occurred Monday night in front of a building on Lexington Avenue.

The fight began when the officers issued summonses to two people in front of the building.

A large crowd gathered and a scuffle broke out. Then the bleach-throwing began.

Five people were arrested.
