An allegedly intoxicated Domino’s delivery driver struck and killed a grandmother of eight with his Mazda as she was crossing the road Wednesday night, police sources told the New York Post.

The driver, Videsh Badal, fled the scene after fatally injuring 69-year-old Margaret Myers at Barbey St. and Wortman Ave. in East New York at about 6:30 p.m., but a woman who saw the incident called the cops and gave chase in her car.

The brave citizen, Shameeka Gordon, eventually led the police to Badal, who was reportedly outside a Domino’s surveying the damage to his car when she found him.

Following a struggle with the police, Badal was arrested and booked on charges including vehicular manslaughter, DWI, resisting arrest and leaving the scene of an accident with serious injury. He was on a delivery at the time of the hit and run, Domino’s employees told the Post.
