BROOKLYN — Brooklyn GOP Radio, a popular live-streaming internet radio talk show sponsored by the Kings County Republican Committee, will be broadcasting two one-hour shows live from the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Feb. 9, and Friday, Feb. 10, from noon to 1 p.m. on BlogTalkRadio.
Listeners can call in and interact with the hosts, Gene Berardelli and Russell Gallo, and their guests by dialing (718) 506-1967 or by participating in the show’s live online chat that is open while the show broadcasts.
Organized by the American Conservative Union (ACU), America’s oldest and largest grassroots conservative organization, CPAC brings thousands of grassroots conservatives and conservative leaders together for three days of speeches, policy discussions and networking opportunities — all celebrating the shared principles of smaller government, a strong national defense and traditional values.
“We are so excited for this opportunity,” said Gene Berardelli, founder and co-host of Brooklyn GOP Radio. “Broadcasting from CPAC has been a year-long goal of ours. I’m so proud to say that we’ll reach that goal this year.”
“This is sure to be our two biggest and best shows to date,” said co-host Russell Gallo. “This year’s CPAC will be the largest conference in their 39-year history. We are going to be bring a small slice of it right to our listeners in Brooklyn and across the country.”
Brooklyn Republican Party Chairman Craig Eaton is extremely proud of the efforts of Brooklyn GOP Radio. “To have Brooklyn GOP Radio, one of the most successful grassroots initiatives ever in our county’s history, broadcasting live from our nation’s capital right in the middle of CPAC is an honor and a privilege. It is also proof positive that the Brooklyn GOP is gaining more respect and notoriety nationally in the political landscape.”
