Brooklyn niece’s Cystic Fibrosis leads Panthers’ Gross to fight disease
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Panthers offensive lineman Jordan Gross and his teammates raised more than $100,000 to fight Cystic Fibrosis through his sixth annual Joes vs. Pros charity kickball tournament Saturday in Charlotte.
Gross started the event after his niece Brooklyn was diagnosed with CF in 2005.
He’s raised more than $500,000 to help find a cure.
