Brooklyn Small Business Expo Coming in March

RED HOOK  — LaGuardia Community College Business Services and Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation are holding the Brooklyn Small Business and Procurement Exposition on March 9. The event is free for attendees who register by March 1.

The forum provides regional and metropolitan area small business owners with the chance to meet and speak with a large number of small businesses, government procurement representatives and prime contractors to explore sales opportunities and network. Over 150 exhibitors and 2,000 businesses are expected to attend.

The event includes guest speakers Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez, Council Member Diana Reyna, and NYC Economic Development Corporation President Seth Pinsky as well as lunch with Brooklyn's state Senator Velmanette Montgomery.
