BROOKLYN — The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) is sponsoring a number of upcoming events for small businesses, entrepreneurs, the unemployed or those struggling with their finances.
Called “The CACCI Small Business Development and Mobilization Series,” the program includes workshops on job development, small business services and financial literacy. They include the following:
• Financial Literacy Workshop, Saturday, May 5, 10 a.m., at Brooklyn Christian Center, 1065 Atlantic Ave. in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
• Financial Literacy Workshop, Saturday, May 10, 1 p.m., at St. Gregory the Great School, 2520 Church Ave. in Flatbush.
• CACCI Small Business Membership Networking Brunch, Saturday, May 26, 11 a.m., at the Flatbush Caton Market Conference Center, 814 Flatbush Ave., corner of Caton Avenue, in Flatbush.
These programs are co-sponsored by the City Council’s Brooklyn delegation and the city’s Department of Small Business Services.
