Hey ladies! Why sit around and wait by the phone for your dream date to call when for a few bucks, you can buy him!

A Bay Ridge-based charity group is hosting a Bachelor Auction to raise money to help cancer patients and has lined up a group of gorgeous guys to take part.

The Francesco Loccisano Memorial Foundation will hold its Second Annual Bachelor Auction on Friday, Feb. 8, at the Dyker Golf Course catering hall, Seventh Avenue and 86th Street, at 7 p.m.

“We held our first Bachelor Auction last year, and it was an outstanding success!” Marianne Teta, the event organizer, said. “For this year, we have more than two dozen engaging bachelors ranging in age from 22 to senior age,” Teta said.

Women will enjoy a dinner and then place bids on the handsome hunks up for auction. Bids will be taken for each bachelor and the woman who places the highest bid will win a date with that particular guy.

“Among the gentlemen, we have doctors, lawyers, firemen, cops, teachers, brokers, and more,” Teta said.

The bachelors include single political figures like include U.S. Rep. Michael Grimm (R-C-Brooklyn-Staten Island) and Democrat Andrew Gounardes https://twitter.com/agounardes , who ran against state Sen. Marty Golden (R-C-Bay Ridge-southern Brooklyn) in November.

Nothing like a little bi-partisanship in the dating pool, right ladies?

Gounardes, a lawyer, said he’s looking forward to being the object of a female bidding war. He’s already planning a few fancy moves that he hopes will woo the ladies. “I’m taking tango lessons, so I may do some tango moves,” he said.

Gounardes said he agreed to take part in the foundation’s fundraiser “because it’s a great cause.”

In addition to the dinner and the auction, the evening will include dancing. The businesses and organizations sponsoring the event include The Window Depot, Da Noi Salon, Bruno’s Salon and Spa, Elite Stone and Tile, Inc., Orrichio Anderson Realty Inc., NYPD Columbia Association, Rocco’s Calamari, and the NYPD 10-13 Assoc.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the auction. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 each and must be purchased in advance. Tickets can be purchased online or by check via mail to: The Francesco Loccisano Memorial Foundation, P.O. Box 237, Brooklyn N.Y. 11227, Attn: Bachelor Committee.
