Food vendors served up thousands of Salvadoran pupusas, artisanal hotdogs, lobster rolls and bacon-topped cupcakes on Saturday as perfect weather, the ferry and a new “SmorgasBar” brought capacity crowds to Williamsburg’s “Smorgasburg” food market.
