DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — A new supportive affordable housing project being constructed at 40 Putnam Ave. in Clinton Hill will be discussed by the Land Use Committee of Community Board (CB) 2 at its meeting Wednesday, Feb. 15, in Room LC400 of NYU-Poly’s Dibner Building.

Developer Martin Dunn, president of Dunn Development, will provide a briefing on the 58-unit building that is being constructed “as-of-right” and requires no action by the committee.

A Petition for Revocable Consent to construct, maintain and use stoops, stairs and fenced-in areas in front of 123 Fort Greene Place, between Lafayette Avenue and Ashland Place, will be reviewed. According to drawings and documents submitted, the stoops, stairs and fenced areas encroach 7 feet, 6 inches into the public right-of-way.
