MANHATTAN — Massey Knakal Realty Services, in conjunction with GreenPearl Events, will host the Second Annual Commercial Real Estate Investment Summit on Thursday, April 26, at the New York Bar Association in Manhattan.

The full-day event will feature top investors, owners, developers, brokers and financiers speaking on various panels and leading roundtable discussions and workshops — as they delve into the dynamics of financing, investment and development of office, retail, hotel property, and note acquisitions and distressed assets.

Over 500 attendees are expected — 50 percent more than last year’s inaugural event, according to Bob Knakal Bob Knakal, chairman and founding partner.

Knakal, who claims to have brokered the sale of more than 1,200 commercial properties with an aggregate value in excess of $8 billion, will open the morning with a market update.

“In our line of work, we learn a tremendous amount about where the market is, and where it’s headed, from key players in our industry,” said Knakal. “This conference is an opportunity for us to share this knowledge (and access to the key players) with the industry while simultaneously encouraging connections and further activity in the market. GreenPearl’s high-quality real estate industry conference platform enables us to do this with confidence.”

Keynote addresses by Mike Fascitelli of Vornado and Scott Rechler of RXR Realty are two highlights..

The event will begin at 8 a.m. with registration, a networking breakfast and opening of the exhibit hall. It will conclude with a post-conference networking/cocktail hour at 4:30 p.m.

The NY Bar Association is at 42 West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan.
