Cooper Square Realty to manage 111 Kent Ave.

Cooper Square Realty reports it has been selected to manage the new 62-unit rental building at 111 Kent Ave. on the Williamsburg waterfront.

Construction was completed and the building opened to occupancy in 2011.

The building’s units are currently 100 percent leased and occupied, according to David Kuper-berg, founder and CEO..

Robert Klehammer, vice president of the firm’s Rental Division, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property.

Kuperberg describes 111 Kent as “unique in its design, with angled windows that provide almost every unit with sweeping river, park and Manhattan skyline views.”

The building’s amenities includes a rooftop pool and sundeck, a high-tech lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The addition of this rental residence reinforces the company’s standing as one of the largest property management company in the city, according to Kuperberg.
