CPEX Real Estate, based in Downtown Brooklyn, reports it has unveiled its latest research initiative: the development of interactive maps of the historical sales data for Brooklyn as well as for each of the other boroughs.

The collection of 24 maps not only covers Brooklyn, it also covers the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island.

Mapping the transactions that have occurred over the past decade, they contain data for each of the six property types — multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial and development and conversions — all areas that CPEX specializes in.

“The interactive display is color-coded based on the sales price and allows users to click on pins marking each property sale to access details pertaining to that particular transaction,” said Timothy King, co-founder of CPEX.

“This includes the address, sales price, sale date, building class, square footage and price per square foot.”

The maps are available on the CPEX website under the “Research” heading.
