Always looking to be “stylish,” the Brooklyn Daily Eagle of Feb. 10, 1920, informed its female readers of one of the newest fashions.
Here follows the description:
No need for a wired extension with all these gay ruffles which stand out crisply because of their satin edge piping. This is one of those gay colored frocks which are fancied this winter. Canary colored chiffon is piped with green satin and the bodice is of canary satin draped over lace. The green satin girdle has tasseled ends made of crystal beads. Very girlish are the little sleeves of lace and chiffon and the modish square decolletage matches their youthfulness.
