Laborers work on trolley tracks and cobblestones (also known as Belgian blocks) on Fulton Street, near the corner of Clark Street in 1900. That part of Fulton Street is of course now called Cadman Plaza West. The elevated train tracks that used to run along Fulton can be seen above the workers, and at the far left, a faded sign points the way to the Hotel St. George.
