Ideal Properties Group, a Brooklyn-based brokerage, reports the sale of a development site in the Columbia Street Waterfront District.

The three-lot site, at 14-18 Carroll St., sold to a developer for $1.55 million, according to Ideal Properties’ Richard Burke.

Burke represented the buyer, identified as 251 Columbia LLC. The seller was represented by Erik Serras, also from Ideal Properties Group.

Plans are unknown, but with more than 7,000 square feet of allowable development, “the site should prove to be an ideal accompaniment to the influx of people and businesses to this emerging new area,” said Burke.
